There are many ways to manage stress. You can start by simply stretching your muscles at home to by attending a yoga class. Painting or sewing can also be meditative. Just remember to do something that doesn’t put more stress on you but that makes you happy instead. Whatever you select, try to do it everyday to help you decompress from day to day.
