Antioxidants neutralize free radicals to protect brain cels from premature aging. Free radicals largely come from UV radiation so fruits that are exposed to high heat, such as tropical fruit, will yield the most antioxidants. A couple of antioxidant rich fruits include the wolfberry and the chokeberry but they are not typically found in grocery stores so a supplement is your best bet. Blueberries and cranberries also contain a large amount but they are such small fruits so buying it in powder form may be best.
