Try writing with your non-dominant hand to give your brain a boost. This forces your brain to re-learn a skill in a different way and engages different parts of the brain like those involved in learning, memory, and motor control. Using your non-dominant hand to complete tasks such as eating or brushing your teeth allows for new wiring and new memories and is a great way to activate your brain.
