Fear makes itself known in the form of anxiety, panic, paranoia, and stress. It hinders us from enjoying life and consumes our every thought. It may be caused by the pile of over due bills, fear of failing a test, or in extreme conditions it can be a psychological disease. One important thing to know is that living in fear of these bills or the test can keep you from making rational decisions and can stop you from coming up with a solution. There is always a solution, and sometimes you may need to ask for help. Just remember to have positive thoughts about your situation because your thoughts become things.
