If you find that you are forgetful, organize your thoughts by making a to do list or organizing your day in a planner. Jot down meetings, appointments, or daily reminders  so that you do not neglect anything. If you are dreading a long meeting, consider writing notes down so that you are not so fidgety or spin a pin around your fingers discretely beneath the table.
