Dean Karnazes is known as The Running Man. After completing a marathon, (the ultimate test for physical, and mental endurance across 26.6 miles) he woke up the next day and ran a second one, and a third one the next day, and on and on he ran until he has run 50 consecutive marathons across 50 states. 26 miles is enough to render an average person immobilized with soreness, but science has revealed that Dean’s muscles damage far less during exercise than the average person’s. They also showed that Dean has more blood in his circulatory system which, helps keep his body hydrated.  As long as he stays properly nourished, he can maintain this pace forever.
