Engaging your senses engages your brain. Try smelling different spices with your eye closed and notice all the nuances you didn’t experience before. Cooking engages all 5 senses so spend more time in the kitchen cooking or baking. We live in a fast paced world that gives us little time to experience our surroundings fully.
