10 Engage Your Senses



Engaging your senses engages your brain. Try smelling different spices with your eye closed and notice all the nuances you didn’t experience before. Cooking engages all 5 senses so spend more time in the kitchen cooking or baking. We live in a fast paced world that gives us little time to experience our surroundings fully. Pay more attention to the way things feel to the touch or acknowledge the sounds of the birds chirping in the morning.
