Memorise - Memory Power

Before the printing press, there was block printing, and before that , there were scribes. Scribes were people who would hand write to record information. This was not the best method since it allowed for human error and manipulation, so people turned to block printing. Block printing required a person to carve words into a block a wood to use as a stamp. This method was laborious, the wood would wear, and an error meant the carver had to start all over. Finally, man create the printing press. The printing press and an industrial piece of equipment made from metal that produces pages at an accelerated speed. It was revolutionary for its time.
