5 – Read

Reading increases your vocabulary, inspires your imagination, and teaches you things about the world. Try to start a new book every few days, you will find that once you get back into your reading it will be difficult to stop. There is no time you say? Take the book with you or read from your nook or phone app. Read in line at the coffee shop, at the bus stop, or any time you find you have a few moments.
