Truth: We use our entire brain

Brain damage or neurological disease are amongst the only instances where a person may not be using their brain’s potential. Research has shown that we use most of our brain all of the time. The myth is believed to have originated when American psychologist William James  argued that “we are making use of only a small part of  our mental resources.” He may not have understood how every part of the brain functions but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.
