2 Drink Plenty of Water

It’s so important that you get plenty of water. Dehydration causes mood swings, premature aging of the brain, mental fatigue, and cognitive decline. Stay hydrated to maintain proper memory function, improve the quality of sleep you get, improve concentration and maintain healthy brain cells. You should drink at least eight 8oz glasses of water a day but keep in mind that many factors can mean your body demands more. Your body looses water by simply breathing so if you’re an athlete you should definitely be drinking more than 64oz.
