Be conscious of your weaknesses and the things that hinder your focus. If you are often on your cell phone, put it on silent and place it out of view. Stay off of your social media accounts and redirect your focus to the task at hand. If you work from home, do so with the television off and quiet your environment. You will be surprised to see how much more you accomplish by eliminating distractions.
