6 – Break Down Tasks Into Smaller Steps

Breaking tasks down into a series of steps will make thing much more manageable. Encourage the person to finish the steps they know how to do. You can also help them accomplish the steps they can no longer do on their own and assist by pointing or guiding their hand so that they recall how to complete it.
