How long will you remember these images and names?

That depends on if you review or not. If you review the end of the day, the next day, in a few days and the next week it should be locked into into your long term memory.

What to review:

Ask yourself, ‘What was their file? What was their image?’ So you may be thinking of eyes and Mona Lisa. The next time you drive or walk by the place where you met Lisa use that as a brain trigger to review her name.

Remembering names builds relationships and friendships. It takes work but it is possible for anyone to improve
