A person with Alzheimer’s may find themselves forgetting where they are or how they got there. They can easily loose track of dates or the passage of time. It is typical for them to forget the day of the week but they usually remember it later. For the person, the main issue is the anxiety that comes from all of this. They may get lost in their own home, feel as if they missed their favorite show, or believe that they have been deserted.
