4 – Scheduling Your Day

Before going to bed, take a few minutes to map out your schedule for the following day. It will take the stress out of making choices the next day and it will allow you to just get up and go. Preparing yourself mentally before bedtime will allow things to go smoother the next morning. Remember to also schedule in a time out or two where you can just do YOU, and honor it just as you would a task for your boss.
