Don’t be so hard on yourself. Without mistakes, there is no opportunity for growth. Listen to the things you say about yourself internally and recognize when they are not nice. So how can you tell if you are being took hard on yourself? Is it difficult for you take compliments? When you are praised for your work do you think about the mistakes you made throughout the task? Do you find it difficult to forgive yourself for making a mistake and find it hard to forgive yourself? If you answered yes to these questions you need to STOP BEING SO HARD  ON YOURSELF! You are making yourself ill. Your hard work is worthy of praise and the mistakes you made along the way have taught you how to do better the next time. So accept the praise.
