Studies show that children who are on a regular sleep schedule do better in math, language, and reading. Every fifteen minutes of sleep your child gets matters greatly. A study showed that teens with A averages slept at least 15 minutes longer that B students, and B students averaged 15 extra minutes of sleep than C students.
