Olive oil seems to be nature’s fountain of youth.

Doctors have found the benefits of olive oil for health, and many recommend the Mediterranean Diet as a healthy diet alternative. Researchers have found that people living in the region of the Mediterranean Sea, and whose diet is high in omega-3 fish oil, have better memories and longer lives than many others whose diets are high in saturated fats.

Olive oil is high in mono-saturated fat, which has been proven to increase memory. Surprisingly, not all fats are the same.
